Order Processing and Shipping

Orders are processed Monday through Friday during standard business hours, excluding major U.S. holidays.
Orders received before 12:00 PM Central Time are typically processed and shipped the same business day, pending product availability.
Orders received after 12:00 PM or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
Most ground shipments arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on the destination and carrier.
Expedited shipping options, including overnight and 2-day shipping, are available at checkout or by contacting customer support. Please note: "One-day shipping" refers to the shipping method and not guaranteed delivery. Once a package is in the carrier’s possession, final delivery time may vary based on carrier performance and location.
DrugScreens.com ships to most international destinations. However, some products may be restricted or ineligible for international shipping due to regulatory limitations. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
All shipments are made FOB Origin. Once your order leaves our facility, the customer assumes responsibility for the shipment, including freight charges and liability during transit. That said, if your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us — we’ll do everything we can to assist you in filing a claim and resolving the issue quickly.

Order Inspection

Please inspect your shipment promptly upon delivery.
Any discrepancies, damages, or missing items must be reported to support@drugscreens.com within 48 hours of receipt.
For freight or oversized shipments, inspect the packaging for damage before accepting delivery. Report any visible damage to the carrier at the time of delivery and notify us immediately.

General Return Guidelines

Due to regulatory guidelines and the nature of the products we sell, many items—including drug test kits—are non-returnable. All sales of rapid test kits and regulated products are final.
Returns are only accepted for eligible, non-regulated products within 15 days of delivery and require prior approval.
A 30% restocking fee applies to all authorized returns unless the return is due to our error.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all components, accessories, and documentation.
Returns of custom, made-to-order, or discontinued items are not accepted.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact support@drugscreens.com within 48 hours of receipt.
DrugScreens.com will arrange a replacement or full refund, and cover return shipping costs if the issue was due to our error.
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To obtain an RMA, email support@drugscreens.com with your order number, invoice, and a detailed description of the issue. Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted or processed.

Refrigerated Products

Due to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations and product integrity standards, refrigerated products are non-returnable unless shipped in error by DrugScreens.com or the manufacturer.

Refunds

Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees and original shipping costs (unless the return was due to our error).
